Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, & Other Business Applications
  • Meet with Client-side team members such as decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements, do the business process mapping, and document all the requirements in detail without any ambiguity.
  • Able to do a Gap analysis between the client requirements and VERTS Solutions such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects.
  • Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
  • Planning and Collaborate with technical team to design solutions based on client’s business requirements
  • Create in-depth implementation plans and implementation schedules for the development, testing teams & customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with technical team to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
  • Keep the project within the scope, identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work & addendums.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Uses ITPM Agile methodology effectively when performing all tasks.
  • End-user Training & Post Implementation helpdesk support for clients facing technical or functional issues with the software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VERTS Systems such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.

Experience, Qualifications, & Required Skills: 

  • BTech/MBA (preferably IT) with 1-3 years of Functional Consultant Experience in an IT Industry
  • Task Prioritization should come by nature
  • Strong Documentation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, analytical skills, and time management skills
  • Hardworking and target driven
  • ERP knowledge will be a great advantage
  • Aware about the ERP/CRM process, like sales, purchase, finance, etc.
